1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Nairobi orders: 1-2 working days.

Outside Nairobi orders: 2-4 working days.

2. Where do you ship to?

We ship to all counties within Kenya. Orders outside Nairobi take 2-4 working days to arrive.
Please note that out-of-Nairobi orders may have different delivery fees based on the courier service used. These charges are not included in the total order amount.

3. How do I make payment for my order?

Add your desired items to cart and proceed to checkout.

Fill in the required details and select your shipping option based on your location.

Choose your preferred payment method:

  • Bank card payments via IntaSend.
  • Direct payments via M-PESA or AIRTEL MONEY.

4. What if I receive the wrong or incorrect order?

To keep your Jaberr pieces shining:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water.
  • Store in the velvet pouch provided to prevent scratches.
  • Clean with the soft wiping cloth included in your order.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
